The Actual Process

First main process is to sit with the client and discuss their goals pertaining to the project. Once, clear goals are defined, we then plan phase-wise floor plans. Our team works on the floor plans and elevation and after final deliberation with the client, we create a final plan with necessary changes.

Along with floor plans, our team also simultaneously works on the 3D visualization of the project to ensure that the client is on the same page and are able to imagine the final outlook of the project from various angles.

Once the plans are finalised, we go through an intense session of budgeting where we go over different materials and their subsequent price ranges. We discuss the viability of materials based on environmental factors too and conduct a cost versus viability analysis. Once the basic budgeting is finalised, clients are intimated about a 15% variation to account for any changes or upgrades.

With over 22 years of experience in the industry, we are extremely up to date about the trending materials in the market, and have approved vendors for all material needs, be it, marble, wood, frames, lights or anything else required in the project. In most cases, we invite the clients to work closely with us while choosing their preferred choice of materials, visiting our vendors to get a first hand exposure and transparency in our process. Once materials are finalised with clients' sign off, we proceed to the actual process of implementing all the above steps.

The start to end process of an interior design project is composed of various stages, including, but not limited to, restructuring of rooms, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting and depending on the size of the project, it takes a minimum of 1 to 3 months for completion and a maximum of 8 to 12 months in cases where the project is larger in size. Throughout the process, we continue to be supportive of the client's needs and keep our clients completely involved in the daily ongoings to ensure a final result that is exactly in line with the initial planning.
